Which totals does the VIP ladder look at?

Two running totals, both counted from the day you signed up: your approved deposits and your valid turnover (every valid bet added up). You move into a level only when both totals reach its figures. A win or a loss on its own does not move you. Compare your totals with the deposit and turnover columns in the table to see where you stand.

Can I drop a level if I stop playing for a while?

No. Levels do not expire and there is no monthly amount to keep up. Come back after any break and your level is exactly where it was.

I lost this week. What comes back on Monday?

Each Monday we look at your result for the week that ended on Sunday. If you finished that week down, you get your level's share of the loss back (3% to 5%), at least 5,000 Ks and at most 300,000 Ks. Wager it 6 times before withdrawing.

Is the cash for reaching a new level automatic?

No. Once the system moves you up, our team credits the reward for that level. If one big deposit carries you past two levels, you receive both rewards. Each reward has a 2× turnover requirement.

What has to be in place for my birthday bonus?

Add your date of birth on your account page at least 30 days before your birthday; this applies to every member, and the date cannot be changed once saved. Your account needs to be at least 90 days old, and your approved deposits during the birthday month need to add up to 30,000 Ks or more. Claim it through Live Chat during that month or within 7 days after it ends. From Ruby upward, our team also sends you a birthday gift.

Where can I see how close I am to the next level?

Log in and come back to this page. Your current level is highlighted, and the panel beside it shows how much in deposits and in valid bets is still missing. Your account page carries a short version of the same progress bar.

Do some slots count more than others?

No. Your level only looks at your deposit total and your valid bets, not at which slot or provider they came from. Play the PG Soft, JILI, JDB or Pragmatic Play titles you enjoy and both counters keep growing.

Picture the VIP club as a bonus ladder that climbs next to your reels. Two counters go up while you play: the money you have deposited, and your valid turnover, which is every valid bet you have placed added together. When both pass a level's mark you step up, and you never step back down. From New to Platinum each step raises your Monday cashback and your birthday bonus, and every step from Bronze all the way to Masterpiece also drops a one-time cash reward into your balance.

One withdrawal can be at most 5,000,000 Ks, so using a higher daily limit takes more than one request. Weekly cashback is paid between 5,000 Ks and 300,000 Ks and has to be wagered 6 times before you withdraw it. The birthday bonus works on the same 6× rule.

How You Climb

Top up and Spin
Any approved deposit, whichever payment method you used, is added to your deposit counter. Each valid bet you place, on any slot in the lobby, adds to the other counter: your valid turnover.
Checked Once a Day
Every day the system holds your two counters up against the ladder. Clear both marks for a level and it appears on your account, then our team adds that level's cash reward.
Your Level Stays Put
No monthly target, no expiry date. Take a break for as long as you like and you come back to the same level.
